Lance has over 30 years of experience in digital development and custom software solutions. His expertise includes designing innovative platforms, such as the system that powers Storyay’s personalized story experiences.

After earning his degree from the University of Waterloo, Lance launched his career as Microsoft Canada’s first co-op student from UWaterloo, where he helped build their help desk processes. His entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a passion for blending technical innovation with creativity.
